Do i need to be fit to train at NPZ
ABSOLUTELY NOT..... This is something we hear quite often.
People will say:
"oh, i think i need to get fitter or lose more weight before i start with the classes".
We don’t care about your current abilities.
If you want results all you need to do is.. work hard, Listen, learn, and show up regularly.
